The staff, from valet to cleaning crew, were exceptional and committed to women's empowerment. However, there were communication issues, limited rooftop bar drinks, and temperature fluctuations in the showers. The contemporary decor and rooftop area were highlights.

The room was hip and spacious, filled with cool feminist details and the staff was super friendly. The location was awesome, close to major sights- we even popped by the Planet Word museum. Loved unwinding in the well-equipped gym and enjoying the Peloton. Though the feminist theme was quite dominant, it didn't bother us too much, just a tad overwhelming 🌟.

My stay was such great, I liked that it was clean throughout, with beautiful views and perfect lovation near to the museum as well as local restaurants.

The standout amenity is the supremely popular rooftop pool, open from 5pm to 11pm Sunday through Thursday and 5pm-1am Friday and Saturday. It was like a hidden oasis amidst the bustling city, and I had a blast relaxing by the pool with vibrant cocktails and enjoying the stunning views of the DC skyline.

The breakfast menu got a bit dull after a few days.

We had a great stay here! The staff were wonderful, from the doorman to the housekeeping staff. They all went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is in a great area and is close to everything we wanted to do. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby and it's not far from the museum.

Well located and comfortable hotel for 4 people. It is very well located, in a central and quiet area.

The main thing we didn't like is that we chose the hotel because of the swimming pool and it turns out that they close it at 4pm so it was practically unusable if you visit the city during the day. The room was a bit small. In general it needs a renovation, the carpet is very dirty and worn. Nevertheless the hotel is reasonable to spend 2 or 3 days of tourism in Washington.

However, the location was great, the room was spacious with a beautiful bathroom, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is located close to everything, with easy walking distance to the White House, National Mall, Ford's Theatre, and the Spy Museum. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated with funky bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel offers complementary flavored water in the lobby, yoga mats in the rooms, and glasses instead of paper cups.

The elevators could use some upkeep, as they were hot and had dirty carpets inside.

As the terrace is used for parties, they close the pool very early. At 4 pm. The gentleman who informs that the pool is closed has very bad manners. A plow.

As young holiday goers, we loved the great city view from our room overlooking the Thomas Circle Roundabout. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the multiple layers of security made us feel safe. The location was convenient, with restaurants nearby and a convenience store across the street. Plus, we got upgraded to a suite and the room was clean, comfortable, and bright.

Took a private jet to Viceroy destinations, vibrant art everywhere, cool lobby bar, boozy Santa brunch, convenient location near monuments. Cons: Oh, I didn't like it when the rooftop bar served me a cocktail with too many bubbles. How dare they? So uncivilized!

The general areas are not only beautiful but also very accessible for seniors, with wide corridors and comfortable seating areas to rest.
